The Dean of the College of Logistics and Supply Chain participated in CLS SSRU to enhance organizational management capabilities with OKRs for effective university development.

The College of Logistics and Supply Chain, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Chanicha Moyadee, Dean of the College, along with the executive team and relevant personnel, participated in a project to build knowledge and understanding of organizational management using OKRs. This aimed to enhance understanding of the principles and approaches of modern organizational management, focusing on setting goals and indicators of success (Objectives and Key Results: OKRs) aligned with the university's strategy and development direction.The training aimed to develop the capabilities of executives and OKR Champions to effectively set Objectives and Key Results, as well as to promote the role of OKR Champions as change agents capable of driving, monitoring, and evaluating the performance of departments to achieve the university's strategic goals. In this regard, Dr. Wichai Limpitikranon was a guest speaker. I served as a speaker, sharing knowledge and experience in organizational management using OKRs, and exchanging ideas and best practices that can be practically applied to organizational development. The event took place at the Sunanthanusorn Auditorium, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.
