The College of Logistics and Supply Chain, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Chanicha Moyadee, Dean of the College, along with the executive committee, faculty, and staff, participated in a personnel meeting to receive the university's personnel management policy for the 2026 fiscal year.

The meeting was honored by the presence of Associate Professor Dr. Luedech Girdwichai, Chairman of the University Council, who delivered a policy speech under the concept of

“Suan Sunandha's New Paradigm: From KPI to OKR,”

to elevate the performance of personnel to focus on results and drive the organization in the same direction efficiently.

In addition, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Chutikarn Sriviboon, President of the University, presented on the operational direction and new strategic adjustments of the university to accommodate change and build readiness for a sustainable future.

Furthermore, special lectures were given by:

Asst.Prof.Dr. Nutthapat Kaewratta on the topic

“Elevating the Learning Experience Based on Professional Standards to Create Quality Human Resources,”

and Assoc.Prof.Dr. witthaya mekhum on the topic

“Changing Indicators to OKR to Drive University Ranking.”

This meeting served as an important platform for building shared understanding and empowering the work of personnel in all sectors. To drive Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University towards systematic and sustainable development.
