Miss. Chuleekorn Maenklinniam, Head of Office, along with academic support personnel of College of Logistics and Supply Chain, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Nakhon Pathom Province Campus, attended knowledge management training on "Development of Personnel Indicators" at the meeting room, 4th floor, Building 2, College of Logistics and Supply Chain, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Nakhon Pathom Campus. The training was aimed to create knowledge and understanding in performance appraisal, which is a process of evaluating personnel in areas such work performance and other characteristics that are valuable in the operation. The assessment criteria, form of assessment and assessors are specified based on the policies of the organization and require a good system to ensure effective assessment.
