The College of Logistics and Supply Chain, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Nakhon Pathom Campus, through its Maritime Business program, held a special lecture as part of the Professional Experience Preparation course. The topic was "Developing English Language Skills for Customer Service in Import-Export Business," aiming to prepare and boost students' confidence before they enter the international logistics industry.

The lecture was given by Ms. Cheromin Setthirathany, a lecturer from the International Business program, Faculty of Management Science, Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University. She emphasized the importance of English communication skills in customer service, a key element in international coordination, as well as the use of specialized technical terminology in import-export and professional problem-solving techniques.

The event took place in the Theater Meeting Room, 2nd floor, College of Logistics and Supply Chain Building, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Nakhon Pathom Campus.
