"SSRU SMART START" New Staff Orientation Program

November 17-18, 2025

At Bay Beach Resort Hotel, Jomtien, Chonburi Province

On November 17, 2025, faculty and staff from the College of Logistics and Supply Chain, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, participated in the "SSRU SMART START" new staff orientation program, organized by the Training and Personnel Development Division, Human Resources Management Division, Office of the President, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.


The program was honored to have Associate Professor Dr. Khomsan Somanawat, Vice President for Administration, preside over the opening ceremony and deliver a special lecture on the topic:

"Adjusting Work Paradigms for Success"

. The lecture shared experiences, ideas, and inspiration to foster a positive work outlook and effectively develop the performance potential of new staff.


On the morning of November 18, 2025, participants listened to a lecture by

Associate Professor Dr. Ruedet Kerdwichai, President of the Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University Council, on the topic of "A New Step in the World of Work with Suan Sunandha"

and Associate Professor Dr. Chutikan Srivibul, President of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, delivered a lecture on "Know Your Role, Know Your Responsibilities, Because We Are Suan Sunandha."

In the afternoon, there were lectures by

Associate Professor Dr. Nanthiya Noichan, Secretary of the Academic Position Review Committee, on "Academic Career Paths,"

and Mr. Chamni Nilarun, Human Resources Management Expert, on "Academic Support Career Paths."

The training atmosphere was warm and creative, providing an opportunity for staff to exchange knowledge, develop understanding of their roles, and enhance their comprehensive work capabilities.

The College of Logistics and Supply Chain would like to thank the Training and Personnel Development Division, Human Resources Management Division, Office of the President, for organizing this valuable project, which played a significant role in enhancing the skills, readiness, and confidence of new staff at the university.
